2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE The Service provides recruitment and staffing solutions, connecting professional candidates with career opportunities at our client companies. Our services include sourcing candidates, presenting job openings, and facilitating the hiring process. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

3. USER ACCOUNTS To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account or create a candidate profile by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

All activities that occur under your account or profile.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

4. USE OF THE SERVICE You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.

Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service, including transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION USE Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://annexitmarketing.com/privacy-policy790983-4716-8013-7443. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Specifically, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our recruitment Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

7. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) will survive termination.

8. DISCLAIMERS The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC RECRUITMENT, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed $100.

INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GC RECRUITMENT, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. Significant changes will take effect 30 days after notification. Non-material changes will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at our discretion.
